Does Pamoja Rooted accept insurance?

Yes and no. Let me explain! The platform I use accepts some insurance plans in specific states. Those states include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Virginia, and District of Columbia.

Insurances accepted: Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and UnitedHealthcare

I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.

What is the process to become a patient?

Great question! I start off with sitting with you for about 30 minutes to go over your intake and then I will order a panel of tests (that are functional nutrition related) and we will set up the following visit in a few weeks after the test is completed. After we go through your results I will make a personalized nutrition plan for you with or without supplements and recommendations.

Will you diagnose me?

Your doctor will be diagnosing you. My goal is to help the overall functionality of the body by addressing nutritional deficiencies and helping to keep the body in a healthy state.
