Does Pamoja Rooted accept insurance?

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance, but I can work with you on a payment plan.

What is the process to become a patient?

Great question! I start off with sitting with you for about 30 minutes to go over your intake and then I will order a panel of tests (that are functional nutrition related) and we will set up the following visit in a few weeks after the test is completed. After we go through your results I will make a personalized nutrition plan for you with or without supplements and recommendations.

Will you diagnose me?

Your doctor will be diagnosing you. I will add nutritional diagnoses as needed and it will depend on the functional test results. My goal is to help the overall functionality of the body by addressing nutritional deficiencies and helping to keep the body in a healthy state.
